This may take a while.
I apologize in advance.
In July, my sister and I, and our 5 kids, loaded up in a rented minivan and drove the 15 hours down to Gulf Shores, Alabama. Well, google said it would be about 15 hours. It was more like 43, but who's counting.
Oh, it should be noted that even though one of our husbands was as nervous as a long-tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs, at the thought of my sister and I driving that far, ALONE, with our offspring, we did JUST fine. Thankyouverymuch. We didn't get lost ONCE, (going down). We may have gotten lost coming home from the airport, the night before when we picked up the rental, but we didn't going to the beach. We withheld that information, by the way. We figured it would only add to his stress.
Anyway, we got down there and it was just perfect. The weather, the condo, the location, the people. It was all just spectacular. Beautiful, precious time with family.
Buried up to his neck, darn it...his nose itches!! hahaha

Check out those sand muscles!!

Busting out...

He slaps Isabel a high five, but he fills his hand with sand right before. You can see the look of disapproval on Mariah's face as poor Isabel ducks to avoid the sand shower. This one cracks me up.

He took this beach buisness pretty seriously!

There may be just a few more pics to come. ;)
