WPA...

Mariah asked her boyfriend to their school's winter formal, which happens to be Women Pay All.  She wanted to ask him in a unique way, and make it a surprise.  So, she made a puzzle, drew a picture of them together, and wrote on it, "WPA?  Now the only missing piece is you."  :)  She met him at the high school parking lot, with a cup of Starbucks hot cocoa, and the puzzle in a gift box, and waited for him to return from his swim meet.  Of course, Mariah has to have a little bit of humor in every situation.  It was cold.  Like REALLY cold.  She parked a mile a way so he wouldn't see her truck.  She saw the bus pull in, and fully expected him to run back into the school to get his stuff.  He didn't.  She JUMPS out, and starts RUNNING toward his car with the hot cocoa in one hand, and the gift box in the other.  His lights were on and he was ready to pull out, so she stood right in front of his car.  Only my girl...  :)  Needless to say, he was surprised.  :)


Ay yi yi...I'd be afraid to tell this no!!  haha


...And she's back.  :)


It was fun watching her come up with an idea to make it special.  Kids these days...what happened to asking by the lockers, on the way to the next class?  ;)

But...now that means we have to dress shop again.  Do I have the only teenage girl who HATES shopping?  OY...
